Your own courses
Build a course yourself, or make one with AI from your document, and publish it.

What a course is made of
- Name and summary
- What people read before they start.
- Lessons
- Taken in order: a short text in your own words, a video, or both.
- The test
- Its questions, the pass mark and the number of tries.
- Check and publish
- Everything ticked, then live in every company on your account. Your own courses do not wait for a review from Shog.
Build it yourself
- In the sidebar, open For your attendees, then Courses, and press New course.
- Type its title and choose the language it is taught in, then Create course.
- Write a sentence or two on what the course is for, and go on to the lessons.
- Press Add a lesson, give it a name and write what people will learn. Once a lesson is saved, a video can be added to it. Press Done.
- On the test, press Add a question: the question, its answers, and the right one marked. Set the pass mark and the tries above the questions.
- On Check and publish, press Publish to your companies.
Make it with AI from your document
- In Courses, press Create a course with AI and choose your slides as a PDF, with the language to teach in. Tick to keep the original slide images: the videos show your slides as they are.
- Press Prepare draft. When it is ready, read the title, the summary and each chapter's narration, and change any of it.
- Review the allowance: the slides and minutes of narration count as units of your plan's monthly allowance, and anything beyond it is priced before you agree.
- Confirm that you have checked the slides, the narration and the answers, and press Make videos.
- Open course editor: the draft is a course like any other. Read each chapter and watch its video, then publish it.
Your courses are private to your account: in every company on it, in a band of their own beside Shog's library, and never in the public catalogue.
