When a spreadsheet stops being enough

The templates suit a small team with one person keeping the records. As the team grows, three things become hard to show from a spreadsheet.

  • Who actually took the training

A signature shows a name. Shog checks each learner’s identity and keeps that evidence with the result.

  • A result others can check

Each result records the course version and the score, and an auditor can verify the certificate online without an account.

  • Renewals that don’t slip

The training matrix fills itself as people finish their courses, and reminders go out before a certificate expires.
