What you need to know
- Where to look
- My Account in the account menu has an Invoices tab listing every payment with its amount, date and status.
- Invoices
- Each payment has a PDF invoice for your finance file.
- How payment works
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details.
- Free courses
- Some courses cost nothing. Enrolling in one takes no payment at all.
A question about a charge, or a refund, goes through a support ticket. We answer within one to two working days.
