Choose courses and enrol

What they will take, who takes it, and what it costs.

How to do it

  1. Open Enrollments and choose New enrollment. You can also press Enrol on any course card.
  2. Pick one or more courses. The price per person is shown on each.
  3. Choose the people. Anyone already holding a valid certificate is marked, so you do not pay to train them twice.
  4. Check the running total on the right: it is the number of people multiplied by the courses chosen.
  5. Confirm. Free courses go straight through; paid ones take a card payment.

Course-page information is available in English and Arabic; this does not mean both training languages are offered. Check the course’s listed training languages. Each attendee’s preferred language is used when available, otherwise the course’s default training language is selected. The certificate records the language actually assessed.

Enrolling people on a program

When Programs is available, choose Programs in the catalogue or enrolment screen. A program groups at least two courses. Select the program and attendees, then review each person's training languages, any existing courses being reused and the final price. Eligible existing courses keep their current version, progress and certificate; their allocated price is deducted from this purchase. This is not a refund or wallet credit. Programs do not combine with volume discounts or discount codes.

Each person receives one invitation to a program overview. They can continue their courses from that link and download individual course certificates. Sequential programs open the next course after the preceding assessment and required confirmation are complete. There is no extra program certificate or certificate charge.

Subscribers create programs from their own published private courses under Internal courses → Programs and assign them within their account, without selling them. Existing subscription and per-course certificate rules still apply. Partners may sell programs containing their own approved, published courses. Publishing a revision changes future assignments, not programs already assigned.

Use the Programs section in Enrollments to resend a program invitation or cancel its program link. Cancelling a program link does not refund a payment, revoke certificates or cancel separately granted course access. Financial refunds and course-access cancellation remain separate actions.

Creating your own course with AI

When available on your paid subscription, open Internal courses → Create a course with AI. Upload a PDF and choose the training language. Read each chapter, check the slide previews, edit the narration and confirm the correct assessment answers. Save your changes before reviewing the price. No video is generated and no payment is taken during preparation.

The standard option covers up to 50 slides and 30 narrated minutes in one language. The larger option covers up to 100 slides and 60 minutes. Included monthly units are used first: the standard option uses one unit and the larger uses two. Without included units, prices are AED 39 and AED 69 before VAT. With one unit remaining, the larger option costs AED 39. The final quote shows any VAT before you approve.

You can leave while processing and reopen the saved request. Check the finished draft in the course editor before publishing. Add a training language keeps the same course and creates another draft edition. Keep the original slide images or supply a translated PDF with the same slide count and order; always check that its images still match the narration. AI does not translate text inside images.

Make the included correction is available for seven days after successful generation. It keeps the same language and purchased size. Manual text changes are free; another video regeneration after the included correction needs a new quote. Technical retries do not charge you again. Usage and course-media limits are shown under Internal courses → Usage.

Editing course languages

In the staff course editor or your company’s course builder, Course page holds English and Arabic titles, descriptions, curriculum summaries, search information and cover alternative text. Save each page language explicitly. These edits do not change lessons or create a new training language.

Training content selects a language and version for lessons, recordings and the assessment. Its training title is the name used in the learner journey and certificates. Choose Add training language to create a separate draft edition, then translate and review it before publishing. Published lessons and assessments remain locked.

Settings holds the default training language. It is the fallback when an attendee’s preference is not offered. A translated course page does not change that attendee’s enrolment. Course specifications let you choose document language and actual training language separately.
