How to do it

Starter, Growth and Scale subscribers can use Company letterhead after confirmed payment and setup in Account → Branding. A paid trial has no trial or preview watermark. Unpaid trials can preview the letterhead with a preview marking. SHOG format remains available, and CSV files remain plain data exports.

Choose the format before reviewing and signing a training plan or evaluation. The signed original keeps the letterhead and content you reviewed, even after the logo changes. Certificates keep their actual issuer, verification code and QR link; agreements, payment documents and inspection records are not rebranded.

The Documents tab holds saved PDFs, generation status and retry actions. Downloads use the saved data and letterhead, not today's report data. If an original file is missing, the owner can explicitly create a labelled recovery copy from its saved snapshot.

New company-format documents stop when eligible access ends. Saved copies remain accessible. For thirty days after that cutoff, Download document archive packages existing documents with a manifest; temporary ZIP links last seven days. Individual historical downloads and full-company exports remain available afterwards. The archive reports missing files rather than claiming an incomplete copy is complete.

1. Open Reports under Records in the sidebar.
2. Training attendance is the full record of who was enrolled, when, and what they completed.
3. Assessment scores shows the result of every attempt against the pass mark.
4. The Training Matrix sets every person against the courses their role needs. All three are on screen as tables, so you can read them before you download a PDF or a CSV.
5. The signed documents sit on the same page: the Training Policy, and the Annual Training Plan and the Training Effectiveness Evaluation once they are signed.
