Shog's library, or your own courses

Shog's library
Ready-made courses, written by Shog. Their certificates are issued by Shog, and a company buys a place for each person it enrols.
Your own courses
Courses you write yourself, or make with AI from a document you already have. They are private to your account, never in the public catalogue, and their certificates carry your name, logo and stamp. They need a plan.
Side by side
In every company on your account, your own courses sit in a band of their own beside the library's.

Two kinds of customer work this way: a company training its own staff, with one company or a few, and a training provider, with a company for each client. Each client sees only its own people.

Choose your plan

  1. In the sidebar, under Courses you publish, open For your attendees, then How it works: what a plan gives you.
  2. Open Plans. Starter, Growth and Scale each include a number of certificates a month, shared by all your companies, and a number of course places and AI generations. Extra certificates are bought in advance and never expire.
  3. Every plan puts your letterhead on your documents and on your own courses' certificates, with Shog credited once. Scale removes that credit and adds your colours and icon to learner pages, emails, the verify page and your workspace.
  4. Choose a plan, accept the terms and start the 14-day trial. The card goes into the payment provider's own form; the first charge is when the trial ends.
  5. Plan shows the day the trial ends and the enrolments it allows; Usage counts the certificates you use across all your companies.

During an unpaid trial you can prepare your brand and preview it. It goes on what you hand out from the first payment.

A company for each client

  1. Open All companies and press Add company. It is the same wizard as for any company: the trade licence or the details typed, the Training Policy read and signed, then the set-up.
  2. Add each client the same way. The company switcher at the top of the sidebar lists them all, and each keeps its own people, records and reports.
  3. To give a colleague only some clients, open Administrators, press Invite a person, and tick just the companies they may reach.
