What carries your brand

From the plan's first payment, your brand goes on the certificates of your own courses, on the documents and reports you hand your clients, and on the emails their people receive. On Starter and Growth, Shog is credited once, in small print. On Scale that line goes, your certificate numbers start with your own letters, and the learner's training page, its emails and the verify page wear your colours and icon. Courses from Shog's library are still issued by Shog.

Your logo, stamp and signature

1. Open Settings, then Information, then the Branding tab.
2. Under Logo, stamp and signature, press Upload under each one. PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG up to 1 MB; a transparent PNG works best for the stamp and the signature.
3. A certificate issued from now on carries them. One already issued keeps the marks it was printed with.

Your letterhead

1. Open Document letterhead. The logo you uploaded heads it.
2. Type your name and address in English and in Arabic, then your licence number, telephone, email and website.
3. Tick to confirm the details for documents across the account, and press Save letterhead.
4. Preview letterhead shows a document with your details across the top, in both languages.

White label (Scale)

1. Open White label and upload a square icon. Tick Show your icon in your workspace instead of the Shog icon.
2. Type a Header colour and a Button colour. The preview shows a learner page and an email in them; a colour that no text can be read on is refused. Leave a field empty to keep the standard colour.
3. Certificate numbers start with: two to five letters of your own.
4. Privacy notice: the address of your own notice, linked at the foot of every learner page.
5. Press Save. The sidebar shows your icon at once.
