About this course
This course is for employees and contractors who use, or may be asked to use, generative AI at work. It turns broad responsible-use principles into practical judgement: when an AI tool is appropriate, what information must stay out, how to check an answer and when a person must make the final decision. Learners remain responsible for the work they submit or act upon.
